We want you to shop with confidence at VividTop. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived and tracking has not updated for 45 days, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
Incorrect address provided during checkout
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Returns requested for personal preference without product defects
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to product defects or incorrect items, we will cover the replacement or compensation.
For other return requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
